Stakeholder meetings and project scoping
Took the initiative to hold meetings with key stakeholders actively involved in the domain to uncover underlying issues and collaboratively define the project scope and set clear expectations.

Research planning and execution
Developed a research plan by selecting methodologies, defining recruitment criteria, and designing protocols incorporating stakeholder input. Conducted 8 one-on-one in-depth interviews combined with usability testing sessions with potential customers.
Research analysis
Analyzed qualitative data and translated it into actionable insights, integrating quantitative data from Google Analytics and Contentsquare. Shared findings through a presentation and detailed report to inform a broad range of stakeholders.

Ideation and prototyping
Generated design recommendations and visualized them through Figma prototypes. Facilitated a brainstorming session with fellow designers and led review meetings with stakeholders to incorporate diverse perspectives into the design process.

Testing
Conducted two rounds of usability testing—one with the old design and one with the new prototype—to compare results and evaluate the efficiency of the updated design.
Developed a detailed testing plan outlining objectives and success criteria for both qualitative and quantitative data, incorporating verbal feedback and Likert-scale ratings.
Iterating and technical alignment
Based on the testing outcomes and technical alignment with the development team, the final MVP design was created. In addition, a future vision design was delivered to serve as a north star, even though it cannot be implemented in the near term.
